  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • 1/2 c. water (mix in hamburger)
  • 1 c. water (mix with sauce)
  • 1/3 c. chopped onions
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 15 oz. can tomato sauce

Directions

    Mix hamburger, water, rice, onion, salt, garlic powder and pepper.

    Shape into balls (approximately 12).

    Mix sauce and water, pour over meatballs.

    Bake at 350°, covered, for 45 minutes.

    Bake an additional 15 minutes uncovered.
