  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 2 tsp. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except soup and water.

    Mix well.

    Shape into balls about size of walnut.

    Put into skillet with water and soup.

    Bring to boil. Cut down to simmer.

    Cover skillet and simmer 1 hour.
