- 2 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. uncooked rice
- 2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. chili powder
Directions

1Mix the hamburger, egg, milk, chili powder, salt and rice together and form into balls, 1 1/2-inches.

2Brown in a bit of oil.

3Boil the remaining ingredients together and drop in the meatballs.

4Cover and cook slowly for 1 1/2 hours.

5Makes 24 balls.
