- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/2 c. raw rice
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Mix ground beef, chopped onion, poultry seasoning, raw rice, pepper and salt; form mixture into small balls (about the size of walnuts).

2Brown lightly in uncovered pan in oil; drain off excess fat.

3Add tomato sauce and water.

4Cover tightly; simmer for 45 to 50 minutes, or until rice is tender.
