- 1 lb. turkey/chicken sausage
- 2 1/2 c. rice
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can (26 oz.) whole tomatoes
- 1 c. onions
- 1 c. green pepper
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 2 c. water
- seasoned salt
Directions

1Mix turkey or chicken with 1 cup rice (washed).

2Add 1/2 cup onions, 1/2 cup peppers and seasoned salt.

3Mix well.

4Form in small balls.

5Brown in 2-quart pan.

6Add remaining washed rice, remaining onions, peppers and oregano.

7Cover and simmer.
-
8Let cook until the rice appears through the chicken balls.
