  • 1/2 c. raw rice
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • small amount chopped green pepper
  • 3/4 c. condensed tomato soup
  • 3/4 c. water

Directions

    Mix beef, rice, milk, onion, salt and pepper.
