- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 2 1/2 c. tomato juice
Directions

1Mix beef, rice, salt and pepper.

2Form into small balls and place them in a large baking dish.

3Saute pepper and onion in oil and add tomato juice.

4Pour over balls and bake at 350° for 60 to 75 minutes.
