- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. pkg. enriched precooked rice (uncooked)
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 2 Tbsp. chopped instant minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Combine meat, rice, egg, parsley, onion, salt and 1/4 cup soup.

2Mix these well and shape into small balls, about 20. Place in large skillet; mix remaining soup, water and Worcestershire sauce together.

3Pour mixture over meatballs. Bring to full boil, then reduce heat.

4Cover and simmer for 40 to 45 minutes.

5Keep stirring often; add a little water if needed. Serves 4.
