- peeled potatoes, quartered
- small carrots
- chopped onion
- 1/3 c. rice
- tomato juice
- salt and pepper
- 1 egg
Directions

1Mix ground beef, rice and 1 egg; make into small balls.

2Put into large pan and add 2 cups tomato juice and 1 cup water.

3Cook 10 minutes.

4Add vegetables and seasonings.

5Continue cooking until done.

6May be cooked in a crock-pot.
