- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 small onion
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. uncooked instant rice
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
Directions

1Finely chop onion.

2In a large bowl, mix together the meat, rice, salt, onion, garlic salt, pepper and 1/2 cup water.

3Shape meat mixture into tablespoon size balls.

4Brown meatballs in large skillet; drain fat from meat into a heat-resistant can.

5In medium bowl, stir together the tomato sauce, 1 cup water and the Worcestershire sauce.

6Pour sauce over meatballs.

7Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 40 to 45 minutes.

8Serves 6.
