- 1 cup rice, puffed (Murmura, mumra, mamra or Pori)
- 14 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons ghee
- 2 teaspoons oil
Directions

1The puffed rice should be crunchy, if not, roast in 200F oven for 20 minutes.

2Powder puffed rice coarsely.

3Heat oil in fry pan.

4Add sugar and stir.

5When it turns brown, add pori and stir well.

6Transfer to a greased or silicone pan/plate.

7Cut into pieces.

8Variations: Peanuts, cashews, roasted edamame, pretzels, rice crackers, wasabi peas, coconut, raisins, almonds, pecans etc etc.

9When cool, store in a jar.

10I can be kept for 2 weeks.
