  • 3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. soy sauce (Silver Swan)
  • 3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 1/4 cloves garlic
  • salt (if needed)
  • 3/4 c. water (more/less)

Directions
