- 1 lb. pork (no fat, no bones)
- 1 whole onion, cubed
- 1 clove garlic, sliced thinly
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3/4 c. vinegar
Directions

1Cut pork in 1/2 to 1-inch cubes.

2Boil in water for about 10 minutes.

3Drain water.

4Add soy sauce and vinegar to meat.

5Add onion and garlic.

6Simmer on low heat for 5 to 10 minutes.

7Serve hot over rice or noodles.

8Can use chicken pieces instead of pork if you want.
