- 2 apple
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Catalina Dressing
Directions

1COOK pork chops (one per person), a few handfuls shredded red cabbage and wedges of squash with a few Tbsp.

2Kraft Light Catalina Dressing, in a large frypan for 15 minutes or until squash is tender.

3ADD 2 chopped apples, another 1/2 cup of dressing, 1/2 cup orange juice and 2 Tbsp.

4fresh minced ginger.

5Simmer, covered 5 minutes.
