  • 1 lb. boneless pork chops Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
  • 1/4 small red cabbage
  • 1/2 butternut squash
  • 2 Tbsp. Kraft Calorie-Wise Catalina Dressing
  • 2 apple
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Catalina Dressing

Directions

    COOK pork chops (one per person), a few handfuls shredded red cabbage and wedges of squash with a few Tbsp.

    Kraft Light Catalina Dressing, in a large frypan for 15 minutes or until squash is tender.

    ADD 2 chopped apples, another 1/2 cup of dressing, 1/2 cup orange juice and 2 Tbsp.

    fresh minced ginger.

    Simmer, covered 5 minutes.
