Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 lb. cooked pork shoulder or pork loin
  • 5/6 c. catsup
  • 2 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • dash of black and red pepper
  • 2 1/2 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2/3 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. ground onion

Directions

    Combine all ingredients together, except meat.

    Bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat; add meat and simmer 1 hour.

    Serve on warm buns with coleslaw.

    Pull the pork into pieces.
