- 3 or 4 lb. cooked pork shoulder or pork loin
- 5/6 c. catsup
- 2 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- dash of black and red pepper
- 2 1/2 tsp. vinegar
- 1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 clove garlic, chopped
- 2/3 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. ground onion
Directions

1Combine all ingredients together, except meat.

2Bring to a boil.

3Reduce heat; add meat and simmer 1 hour.

4Serve on warm buns with coleslaw.

5Pull the pork into pieces.
