- 4 to 6 lb. pork roast
- 1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 2 tsp. liquid smoke
Directions

1Trim off fat and skin.

2Mix all other ingredients in bottom of Dutch oven.

3Add meat and bring to a boil.

4Reduce heat and simmer for 6 hours.

5Take meat out and allow to cool; shred.

6Use sauce on beef or serve on rice.
