  • 3 to 4 lb. pork roast
  • brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 14 oz. ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 10 oz. Coke
  • dash of Tabasco sauce

Directions

    Rub 3 to 4 pounds roast with brown sugar.

    Place in crock-pot with 1/2 cup water.

    Cook on low for 10 to 12 hours.

    Drain liquid, saving 1 cup.

    Shred meat and add remainder of ingredients to meat with 1 cup of meat juice mentioned above.

    Simmer and serve.
