- 3 to 5 lb. pork roast
- red cayenne pepper
- onion
- 1 (12 oz.) can of beer or 2 c. water
- vinegar
- jalapeno pepper, if you want hot
Directions

1Remove excess fat from roast.

2Fit roast into crock pot. Cover meat with beer or water, vinegar and onion to taste.

3Add peppers.

4Cook on low 10 to 12 hours, until meat is falling off the bone.

5Drain liquid.

6Separate meat from fat.

7Return lean meat to crock pot.

8Add sauce to meat and cook another 2 to 4 hours.
