  • 3 to 5 lb. pork roast
  • red cayenne pepper
  • onion
  • 1 (12 oz.) can of beer or 2 c. water
  • vinegar
  • jalapeno pepper, if you want hot

Directions

    Remove excess fat from roast.

    Fit roast into crock pot. Cover meat with beer or water, vinegar and onion to taste.

    Add peppers.

    Cook on low 10 to 12 hours, until meat is falling off the bone.

    Drain liquid.

    Separate meat from fat.

    Return lean meat to crock pot.

    Add sauce to meat and cook another 2 to 4 hours.
