- 1 pork roast
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 whole garlic cloves
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 c. salsa
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Directions

1Cook pork roast and vegetables on stove in saucepan covered with water over medium heat for 3 hours.

2Strain veggies and pork. Reserve veggies.

3Take bone out of pork roast and shred with a fork.

4Trim fat.

5Put pork, veggies, salsa and barbecue sauce back in pot and simmer for 45 minutes.

6Serve with rice or on rolls.
