- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 Tbsp. ground mustard
- 1 c. broth
- 1 c. catsup
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. tomato juice
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. relish
Directions

1Combine everything but the relish and cooked pork.

2Slowly simmer for 2 to 3 hours until thickened.

3Add pork.

4Just before serving, add the relish.
