Pork Barbecue

Ingredients

  • 1 Boston butt pork roast about 5 lb.
  • 1 8 oz. bottle hickory smoked barbecue sauce
  • 1 large onion whole
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. juice from the meat

Directions

    In a crockpot or pressure cooker, roast onion salt and pepper until very tender.

    When meat is done, remove from pot and using a fork shred meat until very fine.
  3. 3
    Return to crock pot and add remaining ingredients cook over night on low temperature.
