- 1 Boston butt pork roast about 5 lb.
- 1 8 oz. bottle hickory smoked barbecue sauce
- 1 large onion whole
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. juice from the meat
Directions

1In a crockpot or pressure cooker, roast onion salt and pepper until very tender.

2When meat is done, remove from pot and using a fork shred meat until very fine.

3Return to crock pot and add remaining ingredients cook over night on low temperature.
