- 3 lb. pork roast
- 1 c. meat broth
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 large onion
Directions

1Cook meat for 3 to 4 hours until done.

2Let cool, but not cold, then shred apart and add to cup of broth, sugar, vinegar and onion.

3Cook for 1 hour or so.

4Then serve on buns.
