Ingredients

  • 3 lb. pork roast
  • 1 c. meat broth
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 large onion

Directions

    Cook meat for 3 to 4 hours until done.

    Let cool, but not cold, then shred apart and add to cup of broth, sugar, vinegar and onion.

    Cook for 1 hour or so.

    Then serve on buns.
