- 2 lb. ground pork or sausage
- 1 medium size onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. cloves (ground)
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. water
- 1 large potato
- 2 pie shells
Directions

1Cook meat with onion, salt, pepper, 1/2 of cinnamon and cloves; add 1 cup water.

2Keep stirring until it boils.

3Simmer 1 1/2 hours.

4Remove from heat; drain fat.

5Then add remaining cloves and cinnamon.

6Mash potato (do not add milk or butter).

7Add meat with potatoes; mix well.

8Place in pie shell and top on it.

9Bake at 425° until golden brown.
