  • 4 to 6 butterfly pork chops
  • 3/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
  • 3/4 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 8 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar

Directions

    Brown chops.

    Place in a Pyrex dish.

    Mix together all other ingredients.
