  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 can onion soup
  • 1 can beef broth

Directions

    Trim fat off pork chops; salt and pepper to taste.

    Place pork chops in casserole dish.

    Mix rice, onion soup and beef broth and pour over pork chops.

    Cover dish tightly and bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
