- 8 pork chops
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/2 stick margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. apple juice, divided
- 2 lb. small red potatoes, unpeeled
- 1 large onion
- 1 lb. carrots, peeled and cut into 3-inch pieces
- 6 to 8 c. cabbage
Directions

1Dredge chops in flour; reserve excess flour.

2In a large Dutch oven melt butter and brown chops on both sides.

3Remove and set aside.

4Stir reserved flour into pan and stir.

5Whisk in 1 1/2 cups apple juice.

6Return chops to pan.

7Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

8Add vegetables and remaining apple juice.

9Cover and bake until done, about 30 more minutes.
