  • 4 to 6 pork chops
  • 3 c. sliced potatoes
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • flour to dredge chops
  • fat for browning chops

Directions

    Dredge chops with flour and brown in hot fat.

    Set aside.

    Put sliced potatoes in buttered casserole with onion, salt and pepper. Stir soup well and pour over potatoes.

    Arrange pork chops on top.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until potatoes are well done.
