- 4 to 6 pork chops
- 3 c. sliced potatoes
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can celery soup
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- flour to dredge chops
- fat for browning chops
Directions

1Dredge chops with flour and brown in hot fat.

2Set aside.

3Put sliced potatoes in buttered casserole with onion, salt and pepper. Stir soup well and pour over potatoes.

4Arrange pork chops on top.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until potatoes are well done.
