- 4 pork chops
- 1 c. rice, cooked
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 qt. canned tomatoes with 1 Tbsp. sugar added
- 4 thick slices onion, preferably Vidalia
- 1 green bell pepper, seeds removed and cut into strips or rings
Directions

1Salt and pepper pork chops to taste.

2Cook quickly in lightly greased skillet without flour until brown.

3Layer as follows, pork chops, onion slices, pepper strips or rings, chopped celery, cooked rice and tomatoes.

4Put lid on skillet and simmer 35 minutes.
