  • 8 center cut pork chops without bones
  • 10 potatoes
  • 1 large can tomato juice
  • 3 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 3 tsp. pepper
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 3 large onions

Directions

    Slice potatoes and onions thin.

    Place pork chops in bottom of large casserole pan.

    Place sliced potatoes and onions over pork chops.

    Add garlic powder, salt and pepper.

    Cover all ingredients with tomato juice.

    Cover and bake at 350° until potatoes are tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
