- 4 pork chops
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
- 4 small onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. beer
- 1/2 c. hot beef broth
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Season pork chops with salt and pepper and coat with flour. Heat oil in a frying pan.

2Add chops.

3Saute for 3 minutes on each side.

4Add onions and saute for another 5 minutes, turning chops once.

5Pour in beer and beef broth.

6Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

7Remove chops and place on a preheated platter.

8Season sauce to taste.

9Blend cornstarch with a small amount of cold water.

10Stir into sauce and cover until thick and bubbly.

11Pour over pork chops.
