  • 3 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 3 c. pkg. herb stuffing mix
  • 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp. thyme

Directions

    Mix thoroughly and let sit in refrigerator overnight (if possible).

    Form 1-inch balls and bake at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes.
