  • 12 pork chops
  • flour, salt and pepper
  • 2 c. chopped onions
  • 3/4 c. ketchup
  • 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. water

Directions

    Dredge the pork chops in flour, salt and pepper.

    Place in baking dish. Cover with the chopped onions.

    Mix the ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and water and pour over chops.

    Bake 3 hours, covered, at 300°.

    After 2 1/2 hours, uncover and let brown. Enjoy.
