  • 3/4 c. flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • dash of garlic powder
  • Greek seasoning
  • 2 stalks celery
  • sliced onions

Directions

    Wash chops.

    Roll in flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder and Greek seasoning.

    Brown in oil in skillet real fast.

    Place celery and onions in bottom of roasting pan with lid.

    After pork chops are placed in pan, add 1/2 cup water, cover; bake at 300° for about 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
