- 2 stalks celery

Directions

1Wash chops.

2Roll in flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder and Greek seasoning.

4Place celery and onions in bottom of roasting pan with lid.

5After pork chops are placed in pan, add 1/2 cup water, cover; bake at 300° for about 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
