- 8 to 10 pork chops
- 3 large onions sliced
- 8 potatoes, peeled and cut in half
- self rising flour
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Salt, pepper, and flour pork chops.

2Fry them in a frying pan until brown on both sides.

3Pour about 1/2 c. of grease (from frying pork chops) into a roasting pan.

4Put sliced onions, potatoes, and pork chops in roasting pan.

5Salt and pepper onions and potatoes.

6Add 3/4 c. water to bottom of pot.

7Put lid on and bake at 375 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

8Make sure water does not cook out.
