  • 6 to 8 good size pork chops (boneless)
  • 1 pkg. sauerkraut (meat department)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Provolone cheese, sliced

Directions

    Brown pork chops on both sides; salt and pepper to taste. Drain sauerkraut and rinse slightly, if desired.

    Lay pork chops in baking pan.
  3. 3
    Add sauerkraut on top of pork chops.
  4. 4
    Top with cheese and bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes, until nice and browned on top.

    While baking cover with foil the first 40 minutes.
