- 6 to 8 good size pork chops (boneless)
- 1 pkg. sauerkraut (meat department)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Provolone cheese, sliced
Directions

1Brown pork chops on both sides; salt and pepper to taste. Drain sauerkraut and rinse slightly, if desired.

2Lay pork chops in baking pan.

3Add sauerkraut on top of pork chops.

4Top with cheese and bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes, until nice and browned on top.

5While baking cover with foil the first 40 minutes.
