Pork Chops And Apple Stuffing

Ingredients
- 8 pork chops, about 1/2 inch thick
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter
- 4 c. seasoned croutons
- 1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts
- 4 apples, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 to 2 c. apple juice (depending on how moist you want the stuffing to be)
Directions

1Place chops in ungreased casserole.

2Saute celery and onion in margarine in saucepan over medium heat until onion is tender, about 5 minutes.

3Toss celery mixture, croutons, nuts and apples in bowl. Stir in juice to desired moisture.

4Spoon mixture evenly over chops.

5Cover and cook in 350° oven for 30 minutes.

6Uncover and cook until stuffing is dry on top, 15 to 20 minutes.

7Serves 4.
