  • 2 lb. sausage (turkey sausage has less fat)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. diced onions
  • 1 c. apples, chopped (leave peel on!)

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and mold into a ring.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.

    Freeze.

    Thaw and bake for 1/2 hour at 350°.
