  • 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 well beaten egg
  • 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs (make in blender)
  • 1/2 tsp. sage
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 4 pork chops

Directions

    In an 8-inch square baking dish, combine all ingredients, except pork chops.

    Brown pork chops (I usually trim off any excess fat).

    Place pork chops on top of stuffing.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour, turning chops after 1/2 hour.
