Pork Chops And Corn Stuffing

- 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 well beaten egg
- 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs (make in blender)
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 4 pork chops
Directions

1In an 8-inch square baking dish, combine all ingredients, except pork chops.

2Brown pork chops (I usually trim off any excess fat).

3Place pork chops on top of stuffing.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour, turning chops after 1/2 hour.
