Pork Chops And Potato Bake

  • 6 pork chops
  • oil
  • seasoning salt
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns O'Brien, thawed
  • 1/2 c. sour cream or Imo
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can O & C French fried onion rings

Directions

    Brown chops lightly in oil. Season. Combine milk, sour cream, soup, salt and pepper. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can onions.

    Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Put chops on top.

    Bake, covered, at 350° for 40 minutes.

    Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes more.
