  • 1 c. uncooked rice (not Minute rice)
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 can mushroom soup plus 1/2 c. water
  • 6 to 8 pork chops
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1 small pkg. onion Cup-a-Soup

Directions

    Spread rice on bottom of oblong dish.

    Dissolve bouillon in water and pour over rice.

    Place pork chops on rice.
  4. 4
    Pour mushroom soup and water over chops.
  5. 5
    Sprinkle onion soup over all. Cover with foil and bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.

    Chicken can be substituted for chops.
