  • 4 pork chops (beef steak)
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 onion, sliced
  • 1 can green beans, drained
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 4 medium potatoes, sliced
  • 3 slices cheese, broken
  • garlic salt

Directions

    Reserve 4 tablespoons soup.

    Combine remaining soup and milk. Add potatoes, salt, pepper and onion.

    Pour into greased casserole dish.

    Dot with cheese.

    Add beans.

    Place pork chops on mixture. Spread reserved soup over meat.

    Sprinkle with garlic salt.

    Bake, covered, at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.

    Bake 30 minutes more, uncovered.
