- 4 pork chops
- sliced potatoes
- sliced or chopped onion
- green pepper
- mushrooms
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 c. water
Directions

1Brown pork chops in olive oil in skillet, then take out.

2Saute sliced potatoes, onions, green peppers and mushrooms.

3Dissolve 2 chicken bouillon cubes in 2 cups of water and pour over vegetables. Put pork chops back in skillet with vegetables and simmer about 30 minutes until tender.
