- 2 pork chops
- 1/3 c. rice
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onions
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
- 1/2 c. chopped apple
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 c. sliced apples
Directions

1Trim fat and cook to get 2 tablespoons fat.

2Discard trimmings.

3Brown chops and set aside.

4Cook rice and onions until rice is golden, stirring constantly.

5Stir in water and bouillon. Bring to boil; stir in chopped apple.

6Turn mixture into a 6 1/2 x 6 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.

7Arrange chops on top.

8Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
