- 4 to 5 slices bacon
- sauerkraut
- onion rings
- potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick (enough to cover layout)
- 1 can solid pack tomatoes, squished
- salt and pepper
- caraway seed
- 4 to 6 pork chops
Directions

1Cover bottom of a casserole dish with bacon.

2Top the bacon with an inch layer of sauerkraut.

3Lay pork chops close together on top of the kraut and top chops with a layer of onion rings. Next, add a layer of potatoes.

4Cover with a can of solid packed tomatoes.

5Season with salt, pepper and caraway seed.

6Cover and bake at 350° until done, approximately 2 hours.

7For a large crowd, repeat layers.
