  • meat tenderizer
  • garlic
  • onion powder
  • dash of pepper
  • dash of salt
  • 1 can of beer
  • 1 can of water

    Wash pork chops.

    Tenderize the chops with meat tenderizer, garlic, onion powder, salt & pepper.

    Fry chops in 1 can of beer until done.

    Add cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of water.
