- 6 to 8 pork chops
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 2 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Spread rice in bottom of Pam sprayed 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Cook pork chops in oil to brown on each side.

3Lay on top of rice. Saute onion in the same pan the pork chops were browned in.
