Pork Chops 'N' Rice

Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 pork chops
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 2 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Spread rice in bottom of Pam sprayed 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Cook pork chops in oil to brown on each side.
  3. 3
    Lay on top of rice. Saute onion in the same pan the pork chops were browned in.
