- 4 pork chops
- 3 c. soft bread cubes
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
- pinch of sage
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 c. water
Directions

1Brown pork chops on both sides in oven-proof skillet and pour off drippings.

2Lightly mix bread cubes, onion, butter, 1/4 cup water, poultry seasoning and pinch of sage.

3Place a mound of stuffing on each chop.

4Blend mushroom soup with 1/3 cup water; pour over.

5Bake at 350° about 1 hour.
