- 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. raw rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 onion (small)
- bell pepper
Directions

1Brown meat, then saute onion and bell pepper.

2Season to taste.

3In about a 9 x 12-inch dish, layer shredded cabbage, washed rice, then meat.

4Mix the soup and 1/4 cup of water and pour over casserole.

5Mix the tomato sauce and 1/2 cup of water and pour over casserole.

6Cover tightly and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
