  • 1 c. rice (long grain)
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 can onion soup

Directions

    Slash the fat around each pork chop. Fry chops until brown on both sides. Pour rice into a 2-quart baking dish. Cover with water. Arrange the pork chops over the rice. Cover all with undiluted onion soup. Bake at 350° for 1 1/4 hours.
