- 2 slice Pork loin
- 1/2 Leek or onion
- 4 medium Eggs
- 1 Flour
- 1 Panko
- 150 ml Mentsuyu (diluted)
- 1 Oil
- 1 Panko
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cake flour
- 1 Salt and pepper
Directions

1Cut the Japanese leek diagonally.

2Season the meat with salt and pepper, then coat it and fry it.

3Cut it into easy to eat pieces.

4Put the sliced leek and the mentsuyu in a pot and bring to a boil.

5Then add in the cooked meat.

6Add in 3/4 of the egg, cover with a lid, and boil on high heat for 20 seconds.

7Pour the rest of the egg on top and boil for 15 seconds.

8Put some rice in a bowl, and top with the egg and pork mixture.
